All positions half-time and above include 100% paid medical/dental, 401k match, 3 weeks PTO and 7 paid holidays in the first year, and paid supervision towards licensure as well as training for CEUs.


EMERGENCE's mental health program, Odyssey Community Counseling, is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor in Eugene. The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring clinical quality control and providing counseling services as needed with our Mental Health counseling program.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Clinical Director and Administrative Director in daily operations
  • Supervise counselors including providing education, clinical supervision, group observations, training, documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff
  • Provide counseling services as needed including conducting assessments, individual/group counseling sessions, and completing documentation

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Services or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years full-time experience in social services
  • Qualified to be paneled as a QMHP

Preferred Knowledge:
  • Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists member (verified LPC, LMFT or LCSW)
  • Formal education experience with addiction and substance abuse treatment, or evidence of continuing education at seminars and workshops to obtain knowledge of current developments in the field of treatment for chemical dependency, mental health disorders, gambling and justice-involved individuals
  • 2 years of addiction and substance abuse treatment experience including but not limited to chemical dependency, gambling, tobacco or other addiction issues
  • Previous supervisory experience and/or formal supervision training
