Community Outreach Services in Response to COVID-19
During the COVID-19 Health Crisis, EMERGENCE is committed to providing ethical & professional services that are easily accessible. We continue to offer a variety of services & therapeutic interventions, while remaining compliant with health & safety regulations- we are doing our part to contribute wellness to our community. With the rapidly changing COVID-19 mandates, our staff is providing uninterrupted access to these essential services. We are now offering all services in alternative formats that are consistent with social distancing mandates. Individual and group therapy sessions are being offered through Telehealth and an online media platform (Zoom), which is HIPAA compliant.
*IMMEDIATE enrollment available via Telehealth services, or in-office for those presenting without current symptoms of illness.
EMERGENCE programs are designed to be individualized and accommodate clients with varying needs; from offering weekend/evening groups for the working adult, to offering group sessions during the day for those with childcare barriers. Programs are strength-based which empower clients and promote change in the recovery process.
Programs are low cost and grant funded, including sliding fee scales to help make treatment more accessible. In response to COVID-19, all EMERGENCE provided Telehealth and videoconferencing services are funded through most insurances- we provide case management services to assist with OHP enrollment for qualifying clients, and provide other funding options to remove financial barriers.
An in-office or Telehealth assessment will evaluate your needs to determine the appropriate level of care, whether it be outpatient, intensive outpatient, and/or individual and family therapy services & case management referrals. Our treatment environment is nurturing and caring, while providing supportive accountability during early recovery.
What services can I still get during this time?
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY - Culturally-sensitive services offered via Telehealth/Zoom, or in-person in compliance with social distancing mandates. Sessions will return to in-person upon resolution of COVID-19.
GROUP THERAPY - Facilitated through Zoom and Telehealth services- sessions will return to in-person upon resolution of COVID-19.
MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY - Individual, DBT, gambling, Neurofeedback, and couples & family therapy services offered via Telehealth & Zoom. In-person sessions will resume upon resolution of COVID-19.
CASE MANAGEMENT - Services offered in-person and/or Telehealth & Zoom.

We are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm!
