Christine Sullivan



Christine's family relocated to Eugene from California in the early 1950's. She received most of her schooling in Eugene graduating from North Eugene High School. She attended California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, CA, later graduating from the University of Oregon in 1975 with a BS in Art and a minor in Philosophy.

She then formed a Advertising and Marketing company in Eugene that same year 1975, which grew into a statewide firm with offices in Eugene and Portland under PrideauxSullivanPattison, Inc. Christine was President of the company until it's sale in 1998.

Christine is a past-President of the University of Oregon Alumni Association and committee member of the 125th Anniversary Committee of the University of Oregon. She was a founding board member of Committed Partners for Youth. She has served on various other community committees and boards.

She was joint-creator of Kitchen Table Forum a Leadership Event, and it's first board Chair producing three leadership events in 2002, 2003 and 2005.

In 2009 Christine became a part-time volunteer with Victim Services in the Lane County District Attorneys office. She is currently a part-time Victim's Advocate and enjoys traveling, family and gardening.

She is married, has one child and five grandchildren with her husband John Rude.

Christine has been serving on the EMERGENCE Board of Directors since 2000.
